As we celebrate our nation’s Independence Day this month, let us not forget our military men and women. For without them, and the sacrifices they and their families have endured, there would be no 4th of July Celebration, nor the freedoms all Americans enjoy.
With our military-themed promotions and marketing, General Air Conditioning & Plumbing pays tribute to our soldiers year-round. We are constantly grateful that they stand watch and lay their lives on the line in our behalf. Each year, the General gathers the troops and joins forces with a wonderful cause to show our support for our brave military men and women. This month, we are stepping up our support with our Home of the Free Because of the Brave campaign. Through July 31, we will donate a portion of our HVAC system installation revenue to America’s Mighty Warriors.
America’s Mighty Warriors was founded in 2006 by Debbie Lee, after her son, Marc Alan Lee, was the first Navy Seal to be killed in Iraq. Through such programs as Gold Star Respite, Helping Heroes Heal, Troop Advocacy and Random Acts of Kindness, AMW has provided scholarships and other funds to support our men and women of the military, and the families of those who have paid the ultimate price. Their efforts have raised awareness to the plight of these warriors and their families and have provided the assistance and support they deserve and need.
The General knows freedom is not free and the ultimate price is often paid by those who serve our country in the military. Join us in supporting those who have fallen and their families. If you are thinking of replacing your home’s old heating and cooling system, do it now and a portion of your installation costs will be donated to America’s Mighty Warriors. We will donate $50 for Platinum and Platinum-Plus HVAC installations, and $25 for all other installations.
