Just wanted to share my experience with the technician that came to our house by the name of Kevin he was very professional and courteous and his work was very clean.
We had A/C regular service and Electrical regular service by two different technicians. Both were here on time, did a thorough job, friendly and gave recommendations, but weren’t insistent on trying to sell us more service.
Ivan's is very knowledgeable in his job, we had a problem with our heater and he was here a few times to replace parts. He talked to us to replace our duct work & add more insulation, which we did. We have been customers of Thw General for years & years!!

Anthony both provided an estimate and installed our Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff Series 900-06 devise. Estimate provided on Friday and installed on Wednesday. He is friendly, outgoing and open to questions. He is trustworthy and obviously a real asset to General Air Conditioning and Plumbing. I’ll ask for him to perform plumbing and a/c related work on our home in La Quinta. His helper Luke listened to Anthony’s instructions and helped me set up the Moen apps used to monitor the device. They make a good team.

General Air Conditioning has exceeded all expectations. They had a very extensive project at my home and they went above and beyond to install my new HVAC. So amazing and professional.
Very professional. Made sure they explained everything they would need to do and the proposed cost before starting the job. We were very thankful for their alerting us to a water pressure issue that could have been very damaging and very costly if left uncorrected. They started promptly at 8:00am and worked till the job was finished and cleaned up around 9:00pm. They totally uninstalled and then reinstalled, repiped and reworked a prior tankless water heater system that had been very poorly installed by another plumbing company and was constantly problematic. They also replaced a recirculating water system from another company with a much more efficient “Halo 5” system that we are much more pleased with. Though these new upgrades were a bit costly, we felt they were necessary and well worth the price to keep our home running safely and more efficiently. Hopefully saving us some money in the future. Your whole General team has been maintaining and servicing our plumbing and HVAC for over ten years and now you have added electrical to your maintenance plans….thank you

Fast, efficient and friendly. The General Electric team installed new white can lights under my stairs. My ceiling is 15 feet high.They changed the goggles and switch plates, while rewiring my triple light switch outlets and dimmers. Great job.
