We were very, very impressed with Kevin today. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with some issues that needed attention with our condenser. He has great attention to detail and explained everything he was doing step-by-step. I would highly recommend Kevin and General Air Conditioning to everyone. Kevin is definitely a perfectionist. He’s a very important asset to General Air Conditioning company. Next time we have service, we will certainly ask for Kevin!

The comfort technician was a good dude saw what was needed and was honest about pricing and time.My technician arrived on time, the house was prepped everything was installed and set up in one day. And the mess they made was cleaned up.. unit works great.

Just wanted to share my experience with the technician that came to our house by the name of Kevin he was very professional and courteous and his work was very clean.
We had A/C regular service and Electrical regular service by two different technicians. Both were here on time, did a thorough job, friendly and gave recommendations, but weren’t insistent on trying to sell us more service.
Ivan's is very knowledgeable in his job, we had a problem with our heater and he was here a few times to replace parts. He talked to us to replace our duct work & add more insulation, which we did. We have been customers of Thw General for years & years!!
Kevin is exceptionally competent technician and has been my tech for the last 5byrs . I ask specifically for him to take care of my equipment.. nice young man and I thank him for taking care of me. He’s 5 star ❤️

Separately,General plumbing came out to do a thorough analysis of my house plumbing situation. They took their time and were very analytical and methodical. They did uncover three things that we need to evaluate.

Anthony both provided an estimate and installed our Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff Series 900-06 devise. Estimate provided on Friday and installed on Wednesday. He is friendly, outgoing and open to questions. He is trustworthy and obviously a real asset to General Air Conditioning and Plumbing. I’ll ask for him to perform plumbing and a/c related work on our home in La Quinta. His helper Luke listened to Anthony’s instructions and helped me set up the Moen apps used to monitor the device. They make a good team.
Ivan/Jalan did a fantastic job. They were thorough, knowledgeable, patient in explaining things, suggested realistic options. To be HIGHLY COMMENDED, and hopefully given a raise soon. I believe Ivan is already a Five Star and should be awarded a Palm. Jalan already deserves a raise.
