Very professional. Made sure they explained everything they would need to do and the proposed cost before starting the job. We were very thankful for their alerting us to a water pressure issue that could have been very damaging and very costly if left uncorrected. They started promptly at 8:00am and worked till the job was finished and cleaned up around 9:00pm.
They totally uninstalled and then reinstalled, repiped and reworked a prior tankless water heater system that had been very poorly installed by another plumbing company and was constantly problematic.
They also replaced a recirculating water system from another company with a much more efficient “Halo 5” system that we are much more pleased with.
Though these new upgrades were a bit costly, we felt they were necessary and well worth the price to keep our home running safely and more efficiently. Hopefully saving us some money in the future.
Your whole General team has been maintaining and servicing our plumbing and HVAC for over ten years and now you have added electrical to your maintenance plans….thank you

Jorge was on time and immediately diagnosed the problem from the thermostat error dump. Errors started cropping up after July 5, until the system shutdown around July 10th. I could see there was a problem remotely on the thermostat when the thermostat shutdown. General was able to get someone out here within my timeframe as I was out of town. The system needed Freon and a very thorough cleaning. I had never seen it so dirty. Due to low Freon, the system was stressed out.

Carlos Milan perform a semi-annual inspection of our Heating and Air Conditioning system. I was very pleased with the way he explained in detail the work performed. He was very careful and neat replacing filters and accessing the Heater unit in our attic which had to be accessed from our closet.
