Had an old water heater replaced. Old water heater just stopped working. General Plumbing answered my call immediately and had a plumber out by the afternoon to diagnose the issue. They managed to get the old heater working but we all agreed it was time for a new heater. Within a couple of days they returned and replaced the old heater. Ricardo and crew were efficient and professional. They made sure the installation was to city code (we will have inspected shortly). They answered all our questions. In my case, replacement of the entire air conditioning and heating system was the best option. Rumor has it that I could’ve received the same job for less cost had I investigated other companies. As it is, the crew that handled this installation did a good job, were polite, and clean, and I appreciate the service. I may have paid more than I needed to, but I was happy with the work. They also did what they said they were going do in a very timely manner (no delays). The company included parts that were not anticipated at no additional cost. (They gave me a quote and there was no add on.)
