    "I live in hot summer country with a wife recovering from cancer surgery and currently in frail condition, so a hot summer house is not an option. In May of this year my air failed with ambient temperatures in excess of 110 degrees, so things needed to happen pretty fast. I called a company I had used for several years, explained my situation and the quickest for them was next day. I tried another reputable company and was told to leave a message. General was next and my call was pleasantly greeted by a phone rep. that was polite and concerned with my situation. She contacted a technician who was on my property within ½ hour and had my unit up and cooling in short order. Fast forward to Friday evening July 12, my unit once again failed. Upon calling General I was again met with the same customer courtesy and concern. A tech arrived shortly, ran some checks, and due to age of the unit (20 years) advised total replacement to which I agreed. A salesperson was then contacted, arriving within the hour and around midnight he and I put together an agreement to purchase, scheduling replacement for the following day (Saturday). Saturday morning July 13, a General van rolled up my driveway and by 6:00 that evening both units were replaced with new and have been cooling since. I took the time to share all of this as my experience with General has been unique. Their commitment to proper customer management is in my opinion extraordinary and need not go unnoticed in a time when consideration of others is in decline. So my thanks to General Air and for me still the best game in town."
